Kickboxing & Fitness: A typical class may start with a warm up drill. We will likely then work on punching combinations, specific kicks, kicking combinations or punch kick combinations.

We will typically do padwork using pads, kick shields or Thai pads. We also do Dutch drills using shin guards and large gloves.

We will also work our cardio and strength and punch conditioning with punching drills and circuit work.

MMA Fitness: A general fitness class incorporating drills from Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA.

MMA: Includes take downs, clinch work, wrestling, take down defence, striking and strike defense on the ground and other skills relevant to Mixed Martial Arts.

Open Mat: We work to 3 minute rounds, including padwork, kicking drills, punching drills, partner and footwork drills, sparring  and conditioning drills. This is a more informal session where people come in and do their own warm up (normally skipping) and then join in the session. Everyone is welcome.

Young Warriors: These classes are aimed at kids from 6 to 12 years old. Our classes will improve your child’s coordination and fitness, and improve their confidence and discipline. All this whilst having Fun! Our curriculum is Muay Thai and Kickboxing based, although we do include some Karate based kicks as well :)
